Return Policy
All Sales are final on personalized items. No refunds or returns are permitted. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 72 hrs of receipt to qualify for replacement. If the product if damaged, it will be replaced using the exact engraving as the original order. If there is a change in engraving, it will be charged as a new item.
Any merchandise that is not personalized or damaged may be returned within 30 days of receipt. You will be credited the full purchase price less shipping. Shipping fees are not refundable.
